1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and 635ph.cam (the "Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the 635ph website, creating an account, or using any of our gaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement.

• You do not reside in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

635ph reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds. We employ age verification procedures to prevent underage gambling, and any User found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately terminated and all funds confiscated.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access 635ph gaming services, you must create a unique User account. During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You acknowledge that 635ph may verify this information through third-party services and government databases.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 635ph. The creation of multiple accounts (commonly referred to as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. If we detect multiple accounts associated with the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, confiscate winnings, and retain all deposited funds.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 635ph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party, and you agree to immediately notify 635ph if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

635ph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your account and personal information. However, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You agree to take reasonable precautions to protect your account credentials and to use strong, unique passwords that are not used for other online services.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

635ph supports various payment methods convenient for Filipino users, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers through major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), cryptocurrency (USDT), and 7-Eleven Cliqq. All financial transactions must be conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposit Terms

You may deposit funds into your 635ph account using any of the approved payment methods. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits, which may vary depending on the payment method selected. Deposits are typically processed instantly for e-wallet methods such as GCash and Maya. Bank transfers may require 1-4 hours for processing depending on the sending institution.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts that are registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 635ph reserves the right to reject or return any deposit that we believe originates from an unauthorized source, is fraudulent, or violates anti-money laundering regulations.

Withdrawal Terms

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with all required documentation submitted and approved;
• You must have satisfied any wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions;
• You must withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own legal name;
• Withdrawals must meet the minimum withdrawal amount specified for each payment method;
• You may be required to withdraw funds using the same method used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations;
• First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 48 hours to process;
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 24 hours, though GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1-4 hours.

635ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in delays or denial of withdrawal requests.

Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

635ph is committed to preventing money laundering and complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Users found to be engaging in money laundering or other financial crimes will have their accounts terminated and may be subject to criminal prosecution.

5. Betting Rules and Game Play

All bets placed on 635ph are governed by these Terms and Conditions as well as the specific rules applicable to each game type. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing bets. Game rules are available within each game interface and on the 635ph website.

Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or revoked. All bets are final. In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or obvious mistake in odds or game results, 635ph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, all bets are settled based on the official results announced by the relevant sporting authority. If an event is postponed or canceled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. Casino Game Rules

All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable results. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are clearly displayed for each game. While games are designed to be fair, you acknowledge that casino games favor the house over the long term, and there is no guarantee of winning.

For live dealer games, you must behave respectfully toward dealers and other players. Abusive language, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from live games and may lead to account suspension.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which are clearly stated in the promotional terms for each offer.

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus funds or winnings from bonus play can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements:

• Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements;
• Table games may contribute 10-20% toward wagering requirements;
• Live dealer games typically contribute 10% toward wagering requirements;

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, or using betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses with minimal risk, will result in confiscation of bonuses, voiding of bets, and potential account termination.

7. Prohibited Activities and User Conduct

Users of 635ph are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

1. Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or providing false information during registration;
2. Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions or other limitations;
3. Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain unfair advantages, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games;
4. Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonuses through coordinated betting patterns, risk-free betting strategies, or arbitrage;
5. Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to place bets without human intervention;
6. Hacking and Exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to 635ph systems, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineering our platform;
7. Money Laundering: Using 635ph services to conceal the origins of illegally obtained funds;
8. Underage Gambling: Allowing persons under 21 years of age to access your account or participate in gaming activities;
9. Circumventing Restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other methods to conceal your true location or bypass geographical restrictions;
10. Abusive Behavior: Harassing other players, dealers, or 635ph staff through abusive language, threats, or discriminatory remarks.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds (including deposits and winnings), and potential referral to law enforcement authorities. 635ph employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity at any time.

8. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

635ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any User account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• Failure to provide requested verification documents;
• Abusive or disruptive behavior toward staff or other players;
• Detection of automated betting tools or software exploitation;
• Multi-accounting or bonus abuse;
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
• Determination that the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to 635ph.

In cases of account termination due to violation of these Terms and Conditions, 635ph reserves the right to confiscate all funds in the account, including deposits and winnings. If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to access your funds until the investigation is resolved. We will endeavor to complete investigations within 30 business days.

You may voluntarily close your 635ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (less any applicable fees or outstanding obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 7 business days, provided your account is in good standing and all wagering requirements have been met.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 635ph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) 635ph services;
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the platform;
• Unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the 635ph platform;
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling or gaming activities;
• Decisions made based on information provided on the 635ph platform.

635ph does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of 635ph services at any time without notice or liability.

In jurisdictions where limitations on liability for consequential or incidental damages are not permitted, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 635ph account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
